What the future might hold
Employee engagement will revolve around the question: what can we do apart and what should we do together?
Technology, coupled with people strategies, will need to ensure that remote workers are granted equal access to opportunity and information. Similarly, businesses will need to incorporate real initiatives that support employee wellbeing.
