Rowena is a globally recognised Remote Work Expert and was recently listed in the Remote.com Top 25 Remote Work Innovators Worldwide for 2021. She specialises in Remote Work Skills training and development; having developed University-accredited courses in Remote Work. She blends industry and academic knowledge in a unique way and is a published academic author. Rowena is also founder of RoRemote, providing Remote Work Skills Training and Consultancy since 2018.

Erik coordinates the work of Irish business group Ibec’s cross-sectoral digital policy committee. He represents Ibec at national and international (EU and OECD) fora on digital policy impacting enterprise. With Ibec since 1999, Erik’s previous roles included Head of Ibec Europe, based in Brussels and providing permanent representation to the EU institutions and senior roles in environment services, energy and climate policy.
